A fine French silver plate wine holder. By Ercuis. In silver plate. In a flowing wave shape with an arch shaped hole for resting a wine bottle. Simply a wonderful wine holder! Date: 20th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. Condition Details: There are many light and fine surface scratches throughout. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Ercuis Pattern Name: Kallisté Marks: Marked to the base of one foot with the Ercuis maker's mark. Measurements: Length: ca. 12 5/8 in. Width: ca. 4 3/4 in. Height: ca. 2 5/8 in.
