In reasonable vintage condition commensurate with its age. The holder has two pockets and the original pad of Gold-lined paper and pencil. There is a some lead in the pencil. It has a lovely blue silk lining. The material lining is in reasonable antique condition, there are some small marks. The string attaching the book to the case is broken.
