Outer case: Round, diameter of 58 mm. Matching hallmarks to the inner. Again in very good condition. The hinge and catch are fine and the case snaps shut nicely. This outer case contains 3 watch papers from the movement maker (Evans & Brown), dated 1867, 1869 and 1900, each one with the owner’s name and address on the back. The company partnership of Evans and Brown is listed at the Brian Loomes book as being in Shrewsbury between 1863 and 1922.
