It is entirely hand constructed and done in 18Kt. yellow gold. Done as a Drs. Pulsation style, larger second hand is designed for better viewing. But, it was mostly done as a style. The watch is in excellent condition and is very dependable and can be worn for all types of occasions and counted on to get you there on time, every time. You will likely never see another example of this watch again.
