About the Item

This is a MONUMENTAL and absolutely phenomenal brass inlaid and tortoise-shell ebonized armoire in the style of Andre' Boulle, the designer of this form of firniture. This is part of a complete set including the bed, dresser and nighstand. This is absolutely dazzling and in very good antique condition and features three doors each fitted with clear beveled glass doors and incredible bronze ormolu of figural maidens and torcehs. The one at the center is not screwed in correctly but will be. This is a killer piece and dates to the 1870s and is labeled Lexier of paris and measures 96.5 wide x 104 tall x 20 deep.
