The 1925 Art Deco masterpiece has been transformed into a landmark residential property that balances past and future. It restores a New York classic, while becoming the Western Hemisphere’s second tallest residential building to a design by SHoP Architects
Digging deep into their directory of artists, designers and craftspeople, while taking their cues from the rich history of the project’s location by Central Park, the interior design team Banda Design Studio have conceived a space that offers dynamic juxtapositions alongside a coherent narrative, seamlessly blending old and new, day and night, nature and the city, subtle and statement.
