A Minimalistic Family Sanctuary

PEAM is an interdisciplinary design studio specializing in custom object and product design, creating tailored concepts in its own unique design language for high-quality interior architecture in residential and commercial spaces.

The philosophy of .PEAM is characterized by clarity and simplicity. Natural and sustainable materials always take priority in our projects, which is why we enjoy working with handmade furniture and unique pieces that showcase the traces of manual craftsmanship and tell their own stories.

We incorporate vintage objects into our designs, which bear the marks of bygone days. This patina is not a flaw for us; rather, it is a valuable design element that immediately infuses our spaces with a personal and distinctive atmosphere. These traces speak of authentic use and real life, setting our living spaces apart from sterile exhibition rooms.

For this project our goal was to create a peaceful yet cozy atmosphere to unwind in with ease. Which in this spacious, contemporary villa our distinct selection of natural sustainable materials and tailor-made design were essential to create luxury without the over-the-top glamour.

Before hand-selecting the warm decoration and furnishing, we opted to completely redesign the floor plan to elevate the distinct .PEAM materials. Generous oak wood, the natural monochrome tones of lime plaster walls and exquisite polished concrete. The result is the synergy of the unseen elements of tailor-made homemaking: peace and relaxation.
