Boathouse Oconomowoc: Interior

This was an incredibly unique project to work on, bringing boathouse living to a new level, and photographer [Ryan Hainey] perfectly captured our designs. The upper level living area looks out onto a crystal clear lake country oasis. The palette for the room was selected alongside the client in order to really enhance the tones of sea foam, gentle gray, and varied blues, seen in the water at different times of the day (and year!). Everything from the paint colors, custom gray-washed walnut countertop stain, upholstery fabrics/rugs, and ceiling beam finishes (amongst other things too!) were selected to allow the home-owner and their guests to experience the coastal surroundings uninterrupted.
