The one-time garage and carriage house of a historic Brentwood estate is transformed into a multi-purpose playroom below, and guest suite above. Traditional beadboard and exposed beam ceilings are highlighted in paint shades and wallpapers that pop, shaggy antique rugs and playful fabrics.
