a coach house, usually part of an estate or adjacent to a main house, used for housing coaches, carriages, and other vehicles was remodeled with intent to host guests and adult children visiting from out of town. The remodel included a gut rehab of kitchen, dining space with pantry closet and bathroom and a refresh of the bedroom, living room/entry.
