This Fifth Avenue apartment is in an elegant building built in Italianate style. Originally with one apartment per floor, several apartments were subdivided in the 1950s. The client bought two such apartments, aiming to restore to their original form.

The result is a spacious living room with picture frame windows overlooking Central Park, connecting kitchen, dining and formal reception room, creating a loft-like open atmosphere. The private master suite and dressing room are separated to the East side of the apartment by a corridor also servicing the three guest bedrooms, to give privacy between entertaining areas and bedrooms. There are many bespoke furniture pieces designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, along with other pieces from Galleries and Antique dealers in Manhattan. Bryan O’Sullivan Studio worked closely with top art galleries in New York to curate the art within the space.
