This project is a primary residence in Malibu. The 7,0000 sq foot five bed, 6 bath house is near the beach. The main house is about 6,500 sq ft with a guest house turned office and sauna on the several acre property with amazing views of the mountains. The overall interior style of this project is an organic fusion of an Italian farmhouse and a California beach home with a nod to both Scandiavian & Belgian minimalist design. It is sophisticated but still comfortable and accessible for family and entertaining.
