Itz'ana Belize Resort & Residences

Located in Placencia, Belize Itz'ana Resort and Residences is a ground up development that consists of 100 plus beach and lagoon residences with private boat slips, and 20 beach side hotel rooms and suites. The residences range from 1 bedroom to 6 bedroom waterfront homes. Over the past four years our rm has collaborated intensively with the owners on all aspects of the ground up architecture including re-using old elements of the existing property. We designed and specified ed all of the interior finishes, lighting, hardware for all areas o the Great House (lobby, restaurant bar, speak-easy etc), Hotel rooms, Lagoon Villas, and beach front Villas. All of the furniture was designed by us and made using local central American craftsmen. The concept was to create a “hand to touch” look with a mix of Spanish and British colonial meets a 1920s beach jungle chic feel. This is a highly anticipated project of which we have already garnered a lot of press from our cult following of editors (NY Times, Vogue, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, NY Post, Robb Report, Conde Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest etc) We have exclusive stories with T Magazine, Architectural Digest, and Conde Nast Traveler.
