Kimille Taylor's Telluride Home

Family Home by Kimille Taylor Inc in Placerville, CO

As seen in the New York Times and Mountain Living this quirky post modern home has delights around every corner.

Interior designer Kimille Taylor and her husband, architect, Steve Morton, share this lovely home that sits right on the San Miguel river in Placerville Colorado and is 20 minutes from the world class ski resort town of Telluride Colorado.

The home hadn't been touched since 1993 when it was first built by local architect James Bowen.

The couple had always loved the house and when it came on the market they jumped at the chance to see it. The dated interior was perfect for the couple.

They embarked on a major remodel and re organized the rooms and the flow to create a gracious and open living space with a centrally relocated fireplace.
