Studio L designed this 4,000 sq ft office for design-led developers, Alchemi Group. Taking the lead from the company’s branding redesign, black and white were the central colours with gold accents. Front of the house consisted of a generous reception with a sitting area and a wall of guest coat storage, an intimate breakout meeting room, a working design library and a large conference room to seat up to 30 and display samples and architectural models of their current and past projects. Studio L recycled the kitchen, all wardrobes and furniture from an old marketing suite of Alchemi's that was being dismantled and going to be thrown out.
