Manhattan Pre-War Apartment
Apartment by Nate Berkus Associates in New York, NY
Located in a pre-war Art Deco building on the Upper East Side, the custom paneling was inspired by what would have been typically found in a building of its era. Hidden storage within the paneling houses plates and glassware. There is a really interesting conversation between the architecture—the classic paneling and herringbone floors—with the modern lacquered citron table, the green leather dining chairs and the custom Murano fixtures.
