This very special new construction home was designed to reflect the homeowner’s love for the famed Romanesque architect, H.H. Richardson. Employing old world craftsmanship and details, this residence provides commanding views of Lake Michigan at every turn.

We worked closely with Lorenz & Company to integrate the homeowner’s vast collection of medieval and renaissance art, architectural artifacts and furniture into the design of the home while still creating a comfortable family retreat.
