Upper East Side Townhouse

A Los Angeles-based television executive and his wife had long wanted a second home in New York City. Both originally from the East Coast, and even after 30+ years in Los Angeles, they haven’t gone a day without dreaming of the energy of New York. They purchased this specific townhouse on the Upper East Side because of its architectural similarities to Nate Berkus' and Jeremiah Brent's Charles Street townhouse (as seen in AD) and hired the firm to respect the historical integrity but also to create a home filled with deeply personal references that they and their two adult sons could use as a home base for all future adventures.
