This elegant full length green silk chiffon Wayne Clark dress was purchased at the couture boutique Harriet Kassman in Washington DC. The dress is strapless with a ruched bodice and it comes with a ruffled shawl that can be worn in a number of different ways. You can probably find other ways to make the shawl completely change the look of the dress, or you can wear it without! We especially love the center ruffling that defines the back of the skirt. Wayne Clark is a Canadian designer who has dressed many celebrities including Jane Fonda, Cindy Crawford, Rihanna, Sarah Polley and Vivica A. Fox.
