What is the Goyard pattern called?

1 Answer
What is the Goyard pattern called?
The Goyard pattern doesn't have a name, but the French luxury fashion house calls the fabric that features it Goyardine. The son of the maison's founder, Edmond Goyard, created this proprietary fabric and its unique print in 1892. The pattern incorporates the Y found in the center of the Goyard surname and dotted chevrons meant to represent the logging industry, which employed the Goyard family prior to the founding of their fashion house in 1792.
