Unsigned. Lipton did a large number of preliminary drawings that formed the basis for many of his sculptures. His sons and heirs, Michael and Alan donated a number of similar drawings to the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), Metropolitan Museum, National Gallery of Art, Smithsonian Institution, Harvard Art Museums, and LACMA. Provenance: Estate of the artist Michael and Alan Lipton (sons) Wilkes University, Wilkes Barre, PA (de-accessed)
