Caricatures by George Wachsteter (1911-2004) of Melvyn Douglas & Michael O`Shea for `U.S. Steel Hour: The Theatre Guild on the Air` radio studio audience program guide, to promote their appearance in the adaptation of the hit Hecht-MacArthur play, `The Front Page` with Douglas as editor Walter Burns and O`Shea as reporter Hildy Johnson, heard live over ABC Radio on Jan 27, 1946. GW did a series of portraits for the Theatre Guild radio studio audience program guides.
