I strive to break free from the constraints of negative emotions and explore the limitless possibilities of self.
By embracing freedom in my artistic process, I aim to inspire others to do the same and to be able to go outside the box and do things differently. I want my work to serve as a reminder that we have the power to release ourselves from the chains of fear, sadness, and anxiety. Art has the ability to heal, transform, and uplift our spirits, allowing us to experience a sense of liberation and emotional level up.
I seek to convey a sense of lightness, joy, and empowerment through the white text that is overtop of the old judgements.
It is my hope that my creations can serve as a catalyst for individuals to break free from their own emotional constraints and embrace a life of freedom and self-expression."
ARTIST BIO :
Addison Jones is a world class photographer and mixed media artist. Jones photography has won multiple global awards for her photojournalism. Each of her pieces are original works. Addison is known for layering her own photographs into complex street art and modern art while using the written word as a subtle texture feature. She utilizes silver and gold leaf, acrylics, and custom paints, including color changing, to add layers upon layers as she goes. In the end culminating in a piece that is viewed as a complex whole. Stylistically, she uses natural light and dark, rich colors to create a cinematic and intimate experience. She specializes in hunting down difficult locations and unusual subjects, and then allowing the people, places, and objects to drive artistic inspiration.

Addison Jones is a world-class photographer and mixed-media artist based in the Midwest.
Jones uses her street art and mixed-media style to portray models from her own modern portrait photography. The result culminates in moody, sensual, and contemplative mixed-media art focusing on the humanity of the subject. Each of her pieces are original works.

Jones begins each piece with a photograph from her own portfolio, and then free flows through each element, drawing inspiration as she works. She often says that her style often leads to mistakes that later become some of the best parts of the piece.
