Dorazio dipinge quadri astratto-geometrici, con sviluppi negli anni di forme diverse: dopo un'iniziale produzione di opere monocromatiche, introduce il colore all'inizio degli anni '60, realizzando composizioni geometriche su ampi schemi liberi, con stesure di colori piatti; dalla seconda metà degli anni '60 lavora a situazioni formali dinamiche racchiuse in griglie orizzontali; dagli anni '70 infittisce il tessuto di minimi tracciati ancora ad andamento orizzontale di segno-colore, ricorrendo a materiali diversi.
