Anette Holmberg (1969-) is a visual artist from Denmark (Scandinavia) with a master's degree in art education specializing in art and aesthetic theory. Her subtle textured paintings and collages of metal are inspired by the interplay of different tactile effects of materials, as well as the simplicity of the Scandinavian/Nordic light and environment. This striking painting is signed 'AH' in the front lower right corner of the painting. The piece is beautifully framed in a white painted iron frame adding to its overall allure.
