About the Item

During 2022, I developed a weird sense of trying to suppress my mental state after the 2 years of Covid-19. I stopped seeing friends. I only left the house to go to work, the studio, dates with my wife, or activities with the kids. I lost a sense of joy and exploration. I became to used to the house and feeling isolated. My past PTSD caused agoraphobia. I didn't even realize it because most of my coworkers shared the same sentiment of a new normal. This work is about the subconscious of defense mechanisms as well as human's hubris towards natural order and chaos.
