Cari Cohen, a Miami-based artist originally from Buenos Aires, draws inspiration from her background in architecture and the urban environment surrounding her. Her unique visual language combines hard-edged lines, curves, illusory perspectives, geometry, and urban symbols to create a dynamic interplay of order and disorder in her work. Cohen's work has been featured in a Solo Show at Miami Dade College where she showcased her two distinct series: Art + Light on pure Geometry and Art + Light on Organic. Her pieces have also been exhibited at notable art fairs including Art Santa Fe, NM, Art Miami, and Context, FL, as well as at galleries such as Contemporaneo Gallery in Asheville, NC, Wit Gallery in Lenox, MA, and Galeria Azur Miami, Fl. Her work has even been displayed in private and public institutions, including Citibank. Cohen holds a Master degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires, where she also specialized in multimedia design, metal jewelry, art, and photography.
