Original abstract painting by Catia Goffinet / acrylic on canvas - signed and dated on back I live in a mountainous region close to the city of São Paulo: Serra da Cantareira. This region is considered one of the largest urban forests in the world. In this region, time and space are different. The colors are vivid, the sound is pure, the smell is of the bush and the sky is a spectacle every new day. It is where I create and am raised. The Contrastes Series pays homage to the sunrise and sunset that fascinate me every day. This diptych can be used together or separately.
