Throughout her career for over thirty years, Xiao-Ying has developed her own pictorial language. Her new series Love Cures is inspired by her difficult period in 2021 invites us to see the creativity and mentality of the artist. Figures hidden in the rich texture of the paintings emerge from her imagination. The large brushstrokes and bright colors bring us a strong visual impact, they allow us to feel her emotions and introspective awareness.
