About the Item

When The Dawn Will Come was inspired by glowing clouds rising at dusk. The under painting process I use lends itself to creating organic forms, which I then tighten up with structural lines. This layering technique mirrors the larger theme of my work: the hard edges of our structured world contrasted against the organic forms of the natural world. I use only the highest quality professional-grade paints and natural non-toxic solvents to produce archival paintings. This piece is on a gallery wrapped canvas and the painting continues around the sides.
