Dominique MULHEMJ'aimerais avoir le même, 2011
About the Item
Dominique Mulhem was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine June 13, 1952.
1975: Training at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
His painting refers to pop culture and art Ownership (art) by his inspiration. His technique was initially very pop art with the use of the bomb and stencils and more hyperrealistic with airbrushing to become a modern pointillism.
It was the first multimedia artist inventing in 1979 the holopeinture where he mixed paint holography. He had to work in the early 70s on the different 3D rendering techniques.
Beyond its highly representative form, his painting is primarily conceptual. The themes are the lives of people and things, without limit in treated subjects. All the work of Dominique Mulhem has the same theme : the concept of simultaneous vision. “The look from inside” as Pierre Restany said.

Scarification :
Dominique Mulhem develops a suite of amazing concepts, suite, analysis, updating, revisiting any of these terms is false but none are true, the most appropriate choice would be thinking.
Thinking back on as thought to further examine refraction and reflection as to take another propagation velocity of the history of art. It shall submit the artwork to a movement infinite in space and time.
In the 80’s Portraits of Artists planned painters and sculptors between past and future by offering a three-dimensional holograms vision. In the 90s his imaginary museum, Pierre Restany wrote: “Dream Creatures to a dream before painting it’s more!” In “I should say, because my eye has been unable to separate things, to erase this simultaneous vision, to separate the two elements “.In the 2000s Zones, timeless journeys in the words and sentences of Guillaume Apollinaire’s poem.
Every decade Mulhem shares his world view. Today his scars challenge us on different characteristics of our society to the standardized culture object of mass consumption. Between our secret desires of mutilation look at the work and social scarification whether ethnic, tribal or modern post these incisions on the skin of the painting signify membership revealed to the world the art by opening a new space a ventilation for a need to breathe again.
All the work of Mulhem has the same theme: the concept of simultaneous vision.

Painting Two, 2002
By Kevin Archer
Located in Atlanta, GA
Archer creates his master pieces via the exploration of liquid animation, quintessentially a process of manipulating wet paint into more wet paint. His canvases are a saturation of colors that intertwine with one another rhythmically; the actively flying and floating biomorphic forms are suggestive of human, animal, and microcosmic shapes. They are busy colliding, overlapping, and engaging each other in an imaginary landscape space, frozen in a moment of time.
Perhaps, the biggest draw to Archer’s paintings is the multiple detailed vignettes that come into play when one takes a closer look at each of his creations. Consequently, welcoming the viewer to experience the dynamic aspects of the work – the paintings also encourage engagement, making them an interactive visual...

Modern Acrylic Painting on Panel Titled: "Last Night"
By William Finlayson Jr.
Located in West Palm Beach, FL
Born in Tallahasee Fl, William started his artistic career as a color consultant for his family's Design and Painting company that took on constant projects of custom painted interiors and decorating. This work of 20 yrs lead him to his fascination with textiles and paint, along with custom furniture. After creating and selling dozens of unique pieces of furniture, here began his transition from wall, to wood on furniture, to canvas. Painting on canvas was the culmination of his creative outlet. William feels that his lack of formal training in Fine Art has afforded him a freedom to paint what he envisions and feels, rather than conform to specific style or genre that he feels is limiting Inspired by hard edge abstraction and color field art such as Kenneth Noland, Joseph Albers, Gene Davis, Frank Stella, Anne Truitt, Imi knobel...

Those who are confident in their feelings (love)
By Igor Fomin
Located in Fort Lee, NJ
At all time they are together, a man and a woman. Duality of differences, two views, different accents, but in one wholeness. Fomin is a fairy-tale artist, a romance teller, who is choosing never ending life stories for a viewer. He is telling these stories with realistic language of the artist, citing the language of Bruegel sentimental sincerity of Chagall, but also a precise coloristic scheme, that was a signature of French Art in the second half of XX century.
The fantastic World of the artist is perfectly detailed that makes it truthful. This artistic language principle defined the style of the artist long before he entered the Art World market. His love for Italian Renaissance was born in Minsk during his study years. Art, Music and Architecture made Igor Fomin...
