This 40" x 40" acrylic on canvas painting by Dragana Milovic depicts a fantastical abstracted landscape
inspired by what the artist calls a perfect day. The artist uses shapes, colors, and lines to create a visual expression of energy and movement. The composition is complex and dynamic, with many overlapping and intersecting shapes and lines. the composition is asymmetrical, meaning there is no clear balance or symmetry within the work. This work has both organic and geometric shapes, such as circles, spirals, triangles, and various curves. The majority of the shapes are irregular and distorted, as well as varying in different sizes and orientation, adding to that sense of movement and complexity. The work has a vibrant and varied color palette, with warm and cool colors complimenting each other. Each color that is implemented is saturated, meaning they are bright and intense, creating an overall mood of excitement and joy.

Artist Bio:
Dragana Milovic, born in Montenegro in 1969, earned her art degree in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Belgrade in Belgrade, Serbia. After an initial period of artistic painting in Belgrade she moved to London in the United Kingdom, where she lived, painted/created and taught art for 15 years. In 2017, Dragana relocated to the United States. She currently lives and works as a professional artistic painter in Belgrade, Serbia.
Dragana has exhibited her work in a number of exhibitions, both solo and group exhibitions and art symposiums throughout Europe. Her works are a part of many public and private collections.
