About the Item
The first work of the polyptych “The Kiss of the Green Dragon”, “Following the Movements” Series
The polyptych “The Kiss of the Green Dragon” immerses the viewer in a world of power and motion, where nature and energy intertwine in a dynamic interaction. The title evokes an image of a mysterious, almost mythical force conveyed through flowing lines and rich colors. The movement of red hues resembles the dragon's breath, evoking a sense of passion and inner energy. These elements enhance the dynamics of the composition, expressing strength and rhythm, as if in a dance of the elements.
The work embodies the essence of movement — both physical and emotional. The interaction of forms, like bodies in a dance, creates a sense of unity and strength, revealing deep meanings. The kiss in the title becomes a metaphor for the merging of energies and elements, symbolizing not only interaction but also transformation through contact. The polyptych reflects the central theme of the Following the Movements series — the search for harmony through movement, where each viewer can find their own unique associations and meanings.
The work is covered with glossy varnish. The work can be framed with a mat and plexiglass, on request of the buyer.
