This is a continuation of my "Contemplation" series - which explores my fascination with people who are "working something out." We're all flawed people - and ultimately we are all searching for our own place of peace. Perhaps this woman's solace was the ocean...maybe she doesn't need it anymore, or perhaps more than ever. This will make a fantastic centerpiece for your living or work space. It has 1.5 inch sides painted gray - it'll blend well in almost any room. It was created with a palette knife - so texture is evident. The scraping of the knife and the blending of color give it its character.
