About the Item
Jumper Maybach is an abstract painter and the alter ego of Ben Workman. Maybach draws inspiration from Jackson Pollock, often creating his works by laying canvases on the ground and splashing different hues of bright paint across them. Workman uses his Maybach persona to spread messages of universal love and acceptance, and uses the character to brighten the lives of his collectors and patrons he meets.
Recently, in keeping with his deep commitment to community, the Artist partnered with Mercedes Benz of Southampton to create the iconic limited edition “Red Rocket” MB EQE500: both a solid tribute to the gallery's hometown of Southampton and an appreciative recognition of its distinction as an artistic & cultural destination. Mercedes Benz of Southampton hosted an unveiling of his art car, and it was a magical afternoon for art and car enthusiasts. We have included in this listing and image of Jumper Maybach in front of the Mercedes art car.
