About the Item
"Walking with Franz" came to me as a title while working on this painting. The colors and the forms reminded me of the paintings by Franz Marc. I wasn't thinking of his artworks but maybe the unconscious works this way - I always admired his sense of color and his humanity. The work looks very strong on a wall, the darks (black and green) together with the bright different reds. To enhance the acrylic colors I added marks of soft pastels. This canvas is ready to hang, I added hooks on the back of it.
