Artist Morgan Fite uses soft sage tones and feathery strokes in this abstract painting to create a peaceful atmosphere that invites the viewer in. "In the midst of this long winter we’ve all walked through, I’ve been enamored with the nature of evergreens and their ability to remain unwithered through the coldest season," says Morgan. "Unwithered is a memory stone from this time of year. The wrestling, the grieving, the counting all the joys, the prayers, and the hope and comfort I found in it all."

Abstract artist and Tennessee-native Morgan Fite paints delicate compositions that allude to natural forms and changing light. She paints with neutral tones and feathery brushstrokes that give her art its soft and dreamlike quality. She is inspired by her travels and cites the earthy tones of Central Africa and the textures of Roman architecture as particularly influential.
