A favorite painting of the artist, who was experimenting with combining drawing and painting techniques with this Transposition series. This layers of white paint are applied with brushes, fingers and palette knife. Dixon describes the colors as light yellow, blue green, brown, pink and Payne’s grey. A beautiful, peaceful and quiet work of art. 72 x 84 inches
