Soren Grau is an artist from Denmark who has lived and worked in Los Angeles for over 12 years. Rather than focusing on mainstream art-house, Grau's work instead engages the viewer with color and symbolism. “Whatever an artist does, they put a piece of their soul into the artwork,” explains Grau. “In that way, you can show who you are. You can make yourself individual by creating something unique that is a part of you but that can also be a part of those who see it and experience it.”
Grau, who is a self-taught artist, has won numerous industry awards for his visionary style, graphics, and colors during his lifelong career. Soren Grau
Soren Grau is an artist from Denmark who has lived in Los Angeles for the past 12 years. Each of his artworks conveys both personal meaning and ambiguity, to be interpreted differently by each person. Grau’s cultural commentary runs parallel to our social consciousness. The pure pleasure of creating is the driving force behind his painting. Grau believes that art need not be complicated and that art is for everyone. “Whatever an artist does, they put a piece of their soul into the artwork,” explains Grau. “In that way you can show who you are. ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in Italy in 1989, Emanuele discovered painting in the very first years of his life together with his father, Dario, who is also an artist and has been painting and creating sculptures with all types of material for over 40 years.
At the age of 7, Tozzoli created his first small sculpture by assembling objects, and painted his first informal abstracts, discovering a side of creative and fascinating art.
Deeply attracted by the most intimate nature of artistic research, in the following years, he extended his studies to the field of music, forming adolescence as a sound engineer.
From 2007 he began composing electronic music, carrying out his research in the field of sound.
In the following years, he studied musical composition and played his productions in clubs in Italy and Europe, also published on various underground record labels.
