About the Item
I did this painting after Diego Velazquez's painting intitled "The Forge of Vulcan" Apollo is announcing Venus’ infidelity to Vulcan and the blacksmiths. Apollo was painted with oil on linen. Velazquez taught me so much about edges and color. This painting needs to be displayed in natural like light. THE FRAME IS NOT INCLUDED BUT JUST AN IDEA OF HOW IT CAN LOOK IN A REAL GOLD LEAF FRAME. I CAN GET A FRAME JUST LIKE THIS IF YOU WOULD LIKE. It is $400 contact me if you want the frame.
