Mid-Century Modern Abstract Expressionist Still Life Oil Painting

Toma Yovanovich was born in Yugoslavia and earned a BA and MS degree in art education from the State University College at Buffalo. Yovanovich was a painter and printmaker whose work is in collections around the world, including the University of Siena, Italy, the U.S. Information Service, Japan, the Universidad de Costa Rica, the Vatican Library, Rome, Seoul National University College of Fine Arts, the Library of Congress, Washington, DC and Art Academy of Latvia. He has exhibited throughout Western New York and the northeastern United States. Yovanovich has exhibited at various museums, including Portland Museum of Art, University of Siena, Burchfield Penney Art Center, City College of San Francisco, University Museum of Art and California College of Arts.
