About the Item
This piece is part of a very extensive series called 'Criaturas,' which I began in the year 2020. In it, figures are assembled like a sort of puzzle, floating against backgrounds of diverse colors that define its character. The series started out very colorful, but over time, the palette and forms have become more limited and simplified. This work embodies both characteristics. It features a highly restricted palette of neutral colors contrasting with the power of yellow, with each color having a similar value. The background is a cool bluish-gray color, while the figure is in earth tones and vibrant yellow. It is an oil on canvas, in a small format, currently framed.

I am a self-taught artist. Since 2010, I have been actively participating in various artistic training programs, including workshops with Sergio Bazán (Húsares, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2013-2016), a work clinic with Tulio De Sagastizabal (Cronos, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2018-2020), and the Production and Artwork Analysis Program with Verónica Gómez at Espacio Blason (Bs As, 2022-2023).
