Artist Comments
Part of his collection of channeling elements from his daily experiences in gardening and integrating them into his pieces. Artist Voskan Galstian patterns exotic blooms into an eruption of colors. He splatters a combination of violet, blue, and yellow to depict botanical blossoms. Voskan incorporates abstract structures to represent the elements of a vibrant garden.


About the Artist
When Voskan Galstian approaches a canvas, he does so with an open mind. "When I am creating art I tend to sever my mind from making decisions" he explains. His paintings show this intuitive process in their dynamic movement and unique color combinations. Voskan finds inspiration in abstract expressionism; in the vein of that style, he paints based on his deepest emotions. Many people have expressed that they feel a connection with his work - in some cases, it soothes them. When he's not making art, you can find Voskan traveling or reading about geography.
