Large 19th Century English portrait of a prize winning shire horse, oil on canvas by William Albert Clark. Excellent quality and condition circa 1900 side profile study of the prize horse that would have been commissioned by the owner to Clark. Leading example of the artists work famous for his studies of prize animals. Presented in a good early wooden frame.
