Cirrus
Acrylic / canvas 150 x 50 cm.
Vertical landscape where the predominance of the sky transmits the living and real contact with the fresh and transparent air, its luminosity nuanced by the thin bands of some clouds.
(The artist frames almost all his paintings with a wooden strip between 0,5 and 1 cm. thick, which can be removed at will of the client).

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ángel Luis Úbeda (Madrid 1965). He has developed most of his professional career within the world of teaching. His work as a painter and illustrator has been shown in exhibitions, both individual and collective, collaborating with different publishers and educational magazines.
Self-taught, his work shows a constant dialogue with nature to mix realism and abstraction. Fruits, landscapes or still lifes express his interest in materials, colors and strong textures, creating contrasts that lead the observer to an original, intuitive and strikingly beautiful work.
