With collectors like, Hugh M. Hefner, Elton John and Rod Stewart, Ceravolo's Large scale paintings have received international acclaim for more four decades. His art, came to popular attention when he was commissioned to create six large scale portraits for the lobby of The Palladium Theatre in New York City. In addition to those, his paintings are in many influential corporate and private collections, including: ELTON JOHN, ROD STEWART, HUGH M. HEFNER, DAVID BRENNER, MONIQUE VAN VOOREN, WARNER BROS., RCA RECORDS AND SCHENLEY INDUSTRIES to name a few.
"Wonder Jackie", is a one of a kind canvas with acrylic paint and archival pigmented inks on canvas in Ceravolo's classic urban Pop style. The image of Jackie is created by Ceravolo from his original large scale painting and printed by him at his studio. Ceravolo then hand paints the canvas he has just printed with abstract acrylic brush strokes and metallic paint textures along with Oil stick to add even more color and movement to this work. This canvas also features Ceravolo's gopher muse G in this mixed media canvas where he has created a Wonder Woman figure with his stylized portrait of Jackie Kennedy.,
Ceravolo's paintings combine abstract and realistic work on the same canvas making them truly unique works of art. Sometimes the abstract work is in the form of Ceravolo's trademark illusions which appear to be floating in front of the canvas, other times the abstract work is a spontaneous application of paint which adds color and texture and is in perfect compliment to the gray realistic image.
