Untitled (Jazz Scene) is an original Charcoal & pastel drawing on paper by British artist Charlie Mackesy. Mackesy's clever work and style here give us a glimpse into this intimate & atmospheric depiction of a Jazz Bar. The sounds from the band almost resonate from within the piece and one cannot help but be drawn into the scene by the spotlights and depth created by the surrounding folk who are mingling, dancing and enjoying the evening. The quintet in the foreground are immersed in playing the night away with the piano, trumpets, a French horn & the Double Bass.
