Maestro Civan Aydın, was born in 1988 Education: 2003-2007 She graduated from Istanbul Avni Akyol Anatolian Fine Arts High School, Painting department in the first place. 2007, She was accepted to Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting Department in the first place. 2007-2013 She graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Fine Arts Faculty Painting Department , and was awarded with the High Honor degree by the University. 2012, Erasmus Program, trained for 6 months in Prof. Karin Kneffel’s Studio at Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich, Germany. 2013-2018 Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts Faculty Fine Arts Institute, Painting Department, Master's Degree Thesis Title: 'The Commonality of Portrait Consciousness in Hans Holbein, Rembrandt and Lucian Freud' Thesis Advisor: Prof. Kemal Iskender  Between 2013-2016, she continued her work in the art studio of painter Kasım KOÇAK. She opened her first personal art studio in 2016. She has been working in her studio in Beşiktaş Arnavutköy since 2020. These may be the loneliness of one's own inner world, mental depressions. My paintings are the visual expression of the effects of human existence in life and the experiences gained in this process. Therefore, in my paintings, the human-figure is a carrier and a surface function, where its effects on the human spirit are exported. I work by deciding after trying various sketches about human feelings and how these feelings can transform into forms when they are poured onto the surface, and what kind of images they form in my opinion. My aim while painting these forms surrounding the main figure in the painting; externalizing the inner world of people, showing the mood that is hidden deep inside. These forms can be abstract forms reflecting the expression of emotions, human figures or images of an abandoned city.
