Henry Benson
Henry Benson Children Playing in the Waves

$1,500

About

Henry Benson: 1930-1998. Listed American Impressionist artist. His technique involved applying a rough texture to his canvas before starting his works. After he would apply his beautiful pastel colors, there would be an almost pointillism effect of movement. His works are becoming harder to find and this subject is what you want in a Benson. The painting measures 24 inches wide by 18 high. The simple metal frame is 3/8 inches around.
