Beautiful Landscape depicting children playing by a river on a warm summers day. Painted by Alfred G Vickers. Oil on Canvas, 30” x 35.5” framed.
Alfred G Vickers was born in Lambeth in 1810 and died in 1837, he took inspiration in the arts from his father, Alfred Vickers. Focusing on British Landscapes Vickers exhibited his paintings at the Royal Academy, The British Institute, The Suffolk Art Gallery and the New Watercolour Society.
